Our farm does provide mare owners one (1) live foal guarantee with each stud fee once the mare has been certified by a veterinarian as having settled.  The live foal guarantee is that the foal will stand and nurse unassisted.  If the mare is proven barren or die, a substitute mare with proven approval of B.O.F.
